On July 14th, ont the occasion of French national day, M Régis Koetschet, Ambassador of France to Afghanistan, decorated several Afghan personnalities. Mrs Habiba SORABI, governor of Bamian, has been awarded the "Ordre national du Mérite". Dr Abdul Ghafoor GHAZNAWI, Deputy Minister of Education, was awarded the "Ordre de la Légion d’Honneur".
